Wolkowicz Lab Research Summary We study viral-host interaction for the ultimate goal of blocking infection. We use and develop cDNA and random peptide libraries for the study of viral pathogenesis and the search of antiviral factors. The laboratory focuses on two distinct but yet interestingly interconnected viruses: HIV-1 and HCV.
