Anigozanthos manglesii, Mangle's kangaroo paw of the Haemodoraceae (Bloodwort family), is native to southwestern Australia. This and related species are bird-pollinated, a syndrome accompanied by the evolution of a number of morphological, chemical, and anatomical evolutionary novelties.
