Probably the best way to analyze data is using FlowJo. It is specifically designed for analyzing FACS data (.fcs extensions) and allows more complete and accurate interpretation of data. It is fairly easy to use, but certainly requires more know how than FACSDiva software. Try it Free! |

This is a great tool that you can use to optimize your experiments. By setting up the plugin to the configuration of our instruments, you can view the excitation and emission spectrums of most well known fluorochromes, and set up your experiment to separate your colors as much as possible. It also is helpful for newer users to get familiar with the concept of multiple channels and excitation emission relationships. |
