Alexandra D. Syphard Janet Franklin moved from the Geography to the Biology faculty at SDSU in 2002. Alexandra was completing her PhD in Geography under Janet's supervision at that time. That makes her a founding member of the VALE Lab. She received her PhD in 2005. She is currently a post-doctoral research associate in the VALE lab, and in addition she is a research associate with Conservation Biology Institute. From 2005-2007 she was a post-doc in the SILVIS Lab,directed by Volker Radeloff, University of Wisconsin. She is currently working on the Species Modeling Project in the VALE lab. |
